Due to recent global news related to the COVID-19, order may experience delays either from airlines, postal services or customs. Abakiks is not responsible for possible delays caused by third parties. Thank you for your understanding.

Everybody needs to have the possibility to join our family and wear our products. Therefore, you can expect your abaya for honest prices and free shipping to nearly every country in the world.

RETURNS

It is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our webshop. They must be returned in original conditions, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

How to return?

*We will refund your money within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.

CANCELLING ORDER/WRONG ADDRESS

Orders can only be cancelled within 7 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to abakiks@abakiks.com

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices displayed in our site are tax-free.

All taxes are excises of any nature whatsoever now or hereafter levied by governmental authority, whether federal, state or local, either directly or indirectly, upon the sale or transportation of any goods covered, shall be paid and borne by Customer.

Products are shipped directly from Asia and hereby Abakiks is not responsible for European or any worldwide taxes/duties/VAT. After purchase customer agrees that any taxes/duties/VAT have to be paid by customer. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties/VAT related to the shipping of our products
